Putnam Mechanical, LLC provides service and installation to the greater Sarasota/Bradenton region. Putnam Mechanical, LLC began as a two man operation in a home garage in Mooresville, NC and grew into a 4,000 square foot office of its very own. Putnam Mechanical, LLC landed in Florida after seeing the demand for a professional HVAC and refrigeration service company in Sarasota and the surrounding areas. The company is family owned and operated, possessing unlimited licensing in HVAC and refrigeration in the state of Florida. With insurance coverage of 5 million and a staff that possesses over 75 years of experience, no job is too large.
